Llanrhystud

A Red-breasted Merganser gave a nice close view as it passed by, otherwise things seemed mostly far away and inc. 12 Red-throated Divers and I think what were probably lots of Auks. The Golden Plovers that Aline reported were still present along with 6 other wader sp. There were also a few Robins and Song Thrushes, a pair of Grey Wagtails and a Stonechat too, in the fields but very close to shore. To escape the frost perhaps, though it was still -3C when I arrived.
