Reed or Lapland?

Viv, that looks like a lapland bunting to me:  pale bill, pale crown stripe,cheek pattern, white wing bars, chestnut panel on greater coverts, broad chestnut fringing on tertials, chestnut nape and spotting on edges of chest.
