When Edward saw the Glaucous Gull he thought it was a different bird from the one which was found here last Saturday, but later emailed me to say that he was undecided. Let's hope the bird hangs around for further investigation.

Glaucous Gull
There was a 1st winter Glaucous Gull on College rocks yesterday afternoon.
Also had an enjoyable few hours on Borth beach today trying to take photos of
Sanderling, eventually they allowed me close enough for a few shots.
