Ynyslas yesterday

At Ynyslas there was a Merlin, 22 Sanderling, 2 Turnstone and a Dunlin. 6 Black-tailed Godwits, a Shoveler and a Pintail were at Glandwr. A count from the Dyfi pillbox produced a Peregrine, 268 Dunlin, 5 Light-bellied Brent Geese, 93 Shelduck, 54 Grey Plover, 400 Pintail and over a thousand Wigeon. Also large numbers of Golden Plover and Lapwing in the surrounding fields.
