The Snow Bunting eventually put in an appearance for us this morning. It does seem to spend time hidden away on the beach. Along the shore were 9 Sanderling.
This afternoon there were 7 Purple Sandpipers on the prom wall infront of the Old College and 2 on the wooden jetty by the harbour. (A photographer yesterday told me he had seen 9.)
Walking back home we saw a female Black Redstart on the roof of the office building beside the marina.
