Dyfi pillbox etc.

I went to the pillbox this morning at high tide. Decided against doing any counts because it was absolutely freezing. 5 Pale-bellied Brent Geese (2 ad. + 3 juv.) were fairly close to the pillbox. I believe I had the same family of 5 on the coast near Broadwater (Tywyn) on the 25th January. Also present was a Ringtail Hen Harrier, a Peregrine, a pair of Red-breasted Mergansers, 7 Bar-tailed Godwit's, a melanistic Curlew, 25 Linnets and a lifer for me in the form of an Otter! Also stopped off to see the incredibly confiding Snow Bunting at Borth on the way home.
