Beautiful weather at Aberaeron this morning. Among the 24 species were Linnet, Meadow Pipit, Goldfinch, Red Kite, Ringed Plover, Fulmar, Lesser Black-backed Gull and by far the highlight, a pair of Avocets heading south.
My first Welsh record and a home county life tick. Elated doesn't come close.
