Aberaeron

At least 71 Golden Plover on the lower shore of the South beach at Aberaeron this morning.  30 Whimbrel were flushed from  the shore these did fly off probably to Aberarth. A male  Wheatear on the lower shore looked as if had just arrived and my first two Small White butterflies of the season were watched feeding from the Sea pinks.
