Cors Caron Cuckoo

A Cuckoo was back at Cors Caron tonight although it is not sure it is David, whose tracker signal was lost in the Democratic Republic of Congo sometime in January. The BTO does, however, think it is possible that his tag failed on account of being 5 years old. Maybe someone will be able to get a close view over the coming weeks to ckeck if the Cuckoo is ringed (David's ring number is DA75876). Also 2 Redshank in front of the waiting room as well as a very distant small wader with a black belly patch which I would identify as Dunlin, but not 100% sure.
