Llanrhystud

Paul Bennett and I met at the beach car park at Llanrhystud this morning and were tempted to abandon the session before it began, but the rain eased slightly and visibility improved enough for us to see a light passage of Gannets and Manx Shearwaters.
A family party of at least three Wheatears fed nearby, along with a couple of Stonechats and Pied Wagtails. We had a walk towards the lime kilns, picking up three Dunlin on the way, and ended up with a count of 75 Mediterranean Gulls, at least five of which were juveniles.
