The Lesser Whitethroat and juvenile Cuckoo were still around Ynyslas sand dunes this morning and there were c.200 Dunlin/Ringed Plover, c10 Med Gulls, 2 Common Gulls and a Wheatear on Ynys Tachwedd fields. The Lesser Whitethroat was feeding around that tarpaulin designed to stop the spread of Crassula if anyone wants to go looking.
A seawatch from the brickhouse produced c.80 Common Scoter on the sea and c.20. flying south, also heading south were 4 Redshanks, 2 Turnstones, 12 Dunlin, c.40 Oystercatchers and 5 Sanderling.
