A small group of us managed to stay reasonably dry yesterday on our
walk
around the Strata Florida area. The list of birds seen and heard
was: raven,
crow, magpie, jay, blackbird, redwing, song thrush, mistle
thrush, robin,
wren, buzzard, kite, sparrowhawk, great tit, blue tit,
coal tit, marsh tit,
nuthatch, treecreeperr, woodpigeon, pheasant,
woodcock, starling, siskin,
chaffinch, goldcrest, and pied wagtail.
