Butterflies

On a long walk in the Bow Street/Llangorwen areas yesterday I had four butterflies - two small tortoiseshells, one painted lady and one unidentified.  And countless red kites and buzzards circling and displaying in the sun.
P.S.  I see that the painted lady is not known to survive the winter here.  It seems unlikely it would have migrated already, though.
