It's supposed to be unseasonably mild but there was a cold wind blowing along the Aberystwyth prom this morning. Just the usual waders around, six Purple Sandpipers and 27 Turnstones.
Helen arrived and in the absence of birds we chatted about football, in particular Swansea's amazing second half comeback on Sunday. Scanning the sea between chats revealed two Red-throated Divers and two Common Scoter heading south.
