Ynys Feurig hide, Ynys-hir

Spent 40 mins in the hide this morning. What a difference a few days make with a complete exodus of lapwings, the shoveler and many of the teal. The only waders on the flood were 1 curlew and 1 black tailed godwit. Wildfowl: teal 120, wigeon 12, pintail 3, shelduck 4. Low tide on the estuary, the only birds of note were 22 dunlin. A pair of stonechats near Ynys Edwin. No raptors seen.
