A
short walk this morning of just over 1hr from 07:45 at Cross Inn forest yielded
12 Crossbills (a party of three seen well in bins and scope, and flyovers of
seven and two individual calling birds), three Siskins, Redpoll, Whitethroat,
cracking Male Grey Wagtail and Male Redstart and distant calling
Cuckoo.
