Nothing unusual offshore for the time of year, but plenty of activity nevertheless. Manx Shearwaters ever present, passing in both directions in good numbers; several hundreds at least. A minimum of 45 Kittiwakes went south into the fresh wind, as did eight Common Scoter and two Fulmars, one of which had a good look round Constitution Hill before continuing.
Very few Gannets; I only managed half a dozen distant birds then just before I left, three unexpected Black-headed Gulls passed by.
A Grey Seal just off the point popped its head up occasionally.
