Aberystwyth to Ynyslas

During a 40 minute seawatch from the castle this morning, 740 Manx Shearwaters, nine Gannets, four Kittiwakes, two Razorbills and a Fulmar went north.

Strangely enough, not a single manxie in Borth Bay a short time later, just two Common Scoters and two Kittiwakes.

At Ynyslas were 14 Sanderlings and 12 Ringed Plovers on sandbanks in the estuary.
