Glandyfi at low tide

Half an hour at low tide this morning. Osprey soaring above me for 10 minutes before drifting off down the estuary. 9 redhead goosander, 2 little egret by Domen las. Redshank pair  with young opposite the lay-bye, and good to see a lot of activity with adults mobbing crows at the estuaries main breeding site on the Meirionnydd saltmarsh. Close views of 2 incubating oystercatcher, including the one on the old boathouse wall by the hide. A shelduck brood, the first I've seen this year. House martins still collecting mud from the Dyfi for the colony on the tower of Glandyfi castle.
