On a wander about at Ynyslas yesterday afternoon (Mon 22nd July), it felt
like the seasons were beginning to change - if slowly. Sandwich and commic terns
at sea and in the Estuary; ringed plover, dunlin and sanderling (in summer
plumage) on the beach; small flocks of starlings all over place; with swallows
and martins chasing insects behind the hay tractor on the boatyard fields.
