Highlights today were 1200 wigeon, a brent goose, 240 pintail and a greenshank from the pill-box and a spotted redshank, six gadwall, a coot and a green sandpiper from the RSPB Ynys-hir section. A quick look from the brick-house afterwards and there were two velvet scoter with 340 common scoter riding the heavy swell.
