A very cold half hour this morning from the lay-bye. Fairly quiet though, sightings included 4 little grebe, a grey lag goose, and the only raptors, 4 buzzards and 2 red kites.
Best bird was yesterday at Ynys-hir a calling lesser spotted woodpecker. Mistle thrush singing this morning and a drumming great spotted yesterday.
