Aberystwyth seawatch

I was tempted by the riches of Ynyslas this morning but decided to stick with Aberystwyth,  seawatching from  the castle from 7:45 to 9:45..
A good start as seven Goosanders flew north before I'd got the scope up. At sea, most birds were going north, including 640 Gannets, 530 auks, ca200 Kittiwakes,  27 Common Scoter (15N 12S), six Med gulls, five Manx Shearwaters and three Red-throated divers.
Four Sandwich Terns and two Canada Geese went south, as did ca 50 Gannets.
On the wall at high tide were 28 Turnstones.
