Today (16th) both male and female hen harriers at the north end, also a female kestrel. Birds heard; curlew, whooper swan, tawny owl and snipe.
On Sunday (14th) a sparrowhawk and a barn owl, plus 2 snipe.
Friday
(12th) 3 hen harriers; 2 females that spiralled high when they met up, then
disappeared over Swyddffynon. The male appeared from the south and gave a really
close view.
