Pont Einon

A quick look from Pont Einon this morning produced two Whooper Swans, a ringtail Hen Harrier, ten Curlews, a Redshank, four Little Egrets and a few Snipe chipping away close to the bridge. The Whoopers, waders and the small numbers of Wigeon and Teal all seemed to be very vocal, often sounding like what I imagine a 'sounds of the marsh' CD would sound like (minus the Cranes).
