According to the book I'm reading, it is said to be possible, from the village of Llanon in Ceredigion, to see the lost land of the Tylwyth Teg. Not far offshore, its dim green form half awash in the tide and rippled with white waves. I was at Llanrhystud this morning but I didn't see anything. But then I failed to clinch id on an "interesting looking" gull and later 4 "interesting looking" ducks. So maybe I just overlooked that too. Otherwise, 400 Golden Plovers, 350 BH Gulls and 6 Med Gulls. Very few passerines about.
