Pale-bellied Brents - Aberaeron

 Late afternoon to dusk:yesterday

3 Pale-bellied Brent Geese flew over harbour mouth in New Quay direction. Moving through.
2 1W Ringed Plover. 1 Redshank. 2 Curlew. A few Oystercatchers.
25+ Turnstones  (2 with colour rings.) 1 very distant Gannet.
96 Med Gulls in one flock, as a sample count. But, as usual they were everywhere, and many more were obviously moving up and down the coast.
The male Mandarin was having his photo taken in the harbour, and a Robin was pretending to be a Dipper along the raging Aeron with 2 Grey Wagtails.

Yesterday, a cow Grey Seal was snoozing, head above the waves, midway up coast to Aberarth. We usually see her from there.
