Ynyslas and Glandyfi

A cold wind was blowing down the Dyfi estuary this morning.  Two pale-bellied Brent Geese and 15 Golden Plover were near the tern posts.

On to the layby at Glandyfi, where the pick of the birds was a f/imm Merlin.   A few Oystercatchers, Curlews and Redshanks were scattered around and on the river was a  f Goldeneye and a pair of Goosanders.
