Parked in the square, walked down the Talsarn road, crossed the Aeron, then back on the road on the other side of the valley, about 2 hours. Nothing unusual, but it was good to come across some scarce local breeders such as Greenfinch, Starling and Swift. Dare I say it, but also Stock Doves at five locations, including a pair which were engaged in some wing tip to wing tip synchronised flying. I believe it may be lurve wot made them do it. I see that there is no more news on the Black-headed Wagtail. From the map it looks to me like it was seen in the centre of the reserve on the riverside walk.
