From the Saltings hide this morning at (a very) high tide - about 30 Grey Plover and an equal number of Knot, also small numbers of Redshank, Dunlin, Curlew and Lapwings in the same roost. 2 Barnacle Geese were paddling about - I assume the rest had headed to the fields as the saltmarsh was completely flooded.
3 Greenshank were on the Marian Mawr pool and 2 were later seen from the Glandyfi layby.
