A Cuckoo was calling a little while ago near Clywedog plantation, above Llanfair Clydogau. I've been told that Ryan, the Nature Reserve Manager at Denmark Farm, has recorded 5 pairs of Pied Flycatchers and a single Spotted Fly there this May.
