Llansantffraed

Arriving just before high tide, at the river mouth were 50 or so med gull, with many juvenile, 8 sandwich terns, 6  redshank, along the beach a group of small waders, mainly ringed plover, dunlin, 3 turnstone, 2 sanderling plus a whimbrel, unfortunately all disturbed by dog walkers, as I was leaving a dozen curlew landed and with them a spotty chested greenshank.
