On a visit to RSPB Ynys-hir this morning I was surprised (gob-smacked) when I encountered a group of 20+ egrets on the saltmarsh near Marion Mawr hide, at least 10 of which were Great Whites. It doesn't seem that long ago that I recall being quite delighted to see just one at the reserve!
