Cletwr

A leisurely stroll along the Cletwr this morning produced a wide variety of birds including a green sandpiper at the ford and a male hen harrier flying over the fields towards the sea. Elsewhere there were a couple of water pipits, a calling greenshank, good numbers of lapwing and curlew, armies of Canada geese and small flocks of linnet, reed bunting, skylark and meadow pipits.
