Many thanks to Mervyn for your feedback. I had a bit of time at work today to find out more about the Ibis from the customer who reported it to me. However, under the very gentlest of interrogation from myself the customer retreated and the Ibis kind of evaporated into thin air. Alas, there obviously was no Ibis after all.
