No sign of the Shore Lark 08.30-09.30 but could easily be sheltering from the inclement weather. Stuff coming and going. When I walked past the ploughed field it was completely empty but on my return it was full of birds.
Seven sp of wader inc 8 Whimbrel, 26 Ringed Plover, 15 Dunlin and a Sanderling. Three Arctic/Common Terns went past. A pair of Shelducks seem to be around again. Also 9 Wheatears and 3 White Wagtails.
Later, a pair of Gadwall were at Pont Einon. Perhaps the same pair that have been around for a few weeks?
