Sedge Warbler - Teifi Marshes

The first Sedge Warbler was singing this morning near Mallard Hide on the Teifi Marshes.

There are large numbers of Sand Martins over the reed bed at dusk every evening at the moment, at least 200 last night. Also White Wagtails on their way north are increasing with 18 ringed over the last week. Several from here have been re-encountered in Iceland and one was found on a fishing boat between Greenland and Iceland.
