Friday 12th, lovely close views of about 5 Crossbill, male and female feeding in pines along the footpath north side of Cwm Wyre. 2 Woodcock lower down in the Cwm and a single flyover Lesser Redpoll.
Near Caer Penrhos a female Merlin perched on a fencepost giving great views before flying off west. Very distant view to the south of what looked like around 30 Lapwing heading west.
