Andre Marsh tells me that he noted a Ruff flying south and 3 more on the beach. Also 14 Turnstones, 3 Dunlin, 2 Ringed Plovers, 6 Mediterranean Gulls, 2 Sandwich Terns, 12 Linnets, 6 Wheatears and 2 Rock Pipits. At the nearby lime kilns there were 2 Willow Warblers, Chiffchaff and Sparrowhawk. However, after 2 1/2 hours this morning, no sign of the Wryneck.
