Oystercatcher eating skills

Watching an oystercatcher on College Rock the other day, I had to admire the skill and speed with which it detached limpets underwater, carried them to a flat rock, separated the insides from their shells (without having to hold the shells down!), and swallowed them. All this at a speed which made it difficult to see each action. If I could do the same thing with the
equivalent of chopsticks, I would think I was very smart.
