Llanrhystud today

At Llanrhystud today I was watching the Pink-footed Geese when a couple of the RAFs finest flew low over and put them all up. They went one way and Buster went the other - he doesn't like jets either. We eventually moved a bit further South and on the shingle spit I saw 7 or 8 Turnstone and a similar number of Grey Plover with Oystercatcher, Redshank and just a couple of Dunlin. There were quite a lot of Lapwings, Starlings and Rooks grubbing around on the fields and a couple of Red-throated Divers off shore.
