On Pond Yr Oerfa there were 4 Goosanders, 2 male and 2 female, plus a lone Little Grebe (not often seen here) a Male Tufted Duck, a pair of Mallards and 4 Grey Herons.
In our garden all the usual suspects. The Siskin numbers have now dropped, a welcome sight of a few Greenfinches after last yearsTrich. disease outbreak and the long staying Treecreeper still lurking about with a visit from a Goldcrest.
Down Cwm Reidol, plenty of Kite activity, several Buzzards, 2 Pairs of Ravens, 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers and plenty of Blue and Great Tits and finches.
