A Descent of Woodpeckers

I've never had reason to wonder about the collective noun for Woodpeckers
before! What started with 3 grew to 4 and then 5 Great Spotted Woodpeckers
today at Tir Sisial. Lots of alarm calls and chasing between trees with
some very subdued still periods in between. The group ranged around the
woodland for about an hour, alternating between noisy/agressive and
quiet/subdued. I was unable to distinguish genders given distance, trees
and movement.
At the same time, a Raven was gathering moss from an Oak branch.
On the 30th March - 2 pairs of Bullfinches in a crabapple tree.
