Today Chris Bird noted 16 Mediteranean Gulls at Aberystwyth, including 6 juvs. Also a Heron flew in from far offshore. We wondered if the 2 Turnstones he saw there last Friday were the first returnees to the town's shore.
Yesterday he saw a pair of Kestrels with a juv. by Llyn Eiddwen.
(Came back from a hot and sunny Geneva this morning. Wish I was still there!)
