Ynyslas this afternoon

As Buster and I arrived at Aberleri for our afternoon walk I watched a pair of Crows mobbing a Merlin and chasing him into the cover of a small tree, a Hawthorn I think, just over the river.

A little further on I watched 8 Whooper Swans fly along the estuary towards the sea. They turned in-land, flew right over us and disappeared towards Cors Fochno.

Later, at the Turn Car Park, as I was watching one of 6 or 7 Red-throated Divers a Bottle -nosed Dolphin surfaced near them. There was also a pair of Great-crested Grebes nearby.
