As I understand it & in case anyone is new to the area; the sika come from the Cardigan Wildlife Park that was on the Teifi Marsh site.
If you are ever on the marsh before dawn, I would warn you that the eerie shriek you hear is them; once heard never forgotten - I assure you I was glad not to be alone when I heard it!
