Rachel Tindall and I walked the route for a proposed walk from her home, 'Tanyresgair' to Llyn Eiddwen this morning, on reaching the lake we observed a number of Teal, Widgeon and Mallard on the western side of the water, as we were about to leave a flock of 40 Greylag arrived in their midst were a pair of what can only be identified as Snow Geese, one looked to be quite a bit smaller than the other which, from a distance through the scope looked to be about the same size as the Greylags. All white except for the black wing tips and pink bills contrasting with the orange of the Greylag.
