Good luck with that. A few years ago I tried to complain to the Hedgerow Officer in Pembrokeshire about full scale hedge removal in June & he was not interested, & the CCW people were also not concerned. It seems that the birds best friend is the current financial problems as Pembrokeshire seem to have now stopped the first early cut to save money!
