Mwnt and Llansantffread
A very relaxing sea-watch at Mwnt this morning between 0645 and 0845. I was so relaxed, in fact, that I almost nodded off on a number of occasions. There was certainly nothing to keep me awake on the bird front as only a few gannets, fulmars and distant manx shearwaters were passing. Giving up on mesmerising, sopoforic waves I headed to Llansantffraed and within 5 minutes was watching the superb adult rose-coloured starling perched on the telephone wires. A much better end to the morning.
