I noticed that the lone Whooper Swan on Llywernog Pond was not joining a party of 4 adult and 2 juvenile Whooper Swans last week. I thought this odd and after John noticed Mute Swans at Trisant, I took a closer look, and the lone swan was actually a Mute Swan. Lesson learned not to take a Swan up here on upland lakes as A Whooper Swan!
